Life in Canberra as a Student
All you need to know about Australia's capital - more often than not unheard of outside of Australia.
Created in response to Melbourne and Sydney carrying on and arguing with each other over who should play the role of Australia's capital, Canberra is home to Australia's house of legislation, the legendary and iconic Parliament House. The only town-planned city in the country, the in-land capital is often lampooned by it's sun-soaked, sea-sprayed coastal neighbours, however Canberra is much loved by it's many public servants who work tirelessly for the Commonwealth of Australia. Coming to Canberra to study? Study Canberra is a great place to start.
We've put together below some key things you need to know about the city in general and life in Canberra as a student.

Live music can often be heard here and beer can regularly be consumed from new up and coming microbreweries. If you're looking for a bit of fun, Braddon is the place to be!
